Case Management

• $10 a week or $520 a year= ¼ hour with one client a week
• $20 a week or $1040 a year= ¾ hour with one client a week
• $175 a month or $2150 a year = 6 hours of client time
• $425 a month or $5100 a year= 15 hours of client time 

Rural Respite

• $20 a week or $1040 a year= 35 hours or program
• $175 a month or $2150 a year = provides Activity Supply budget for all programs
• $425 a month or $5100 a year= 345 hours of program

Supportive Health Care

• $20 a week or $1040 a year= 55 hours of cleaning/respite or 1 hour of cleaning/respite with 55 clients
• $175 a month or $2150 a year = 114 hours of cleaning/respite or 1 hour of cleaning/respite with 114 clients
• $425 a month or $5100 a year = 272 hours of cleaning/respite or 1 hour of cleaning/respite with 272 clients
