. S.H.A.R.E. Orders Food Buying Club brings savings of 30 to 50% on groceries to area residents. Anyone can buy food through SHARE. There are no membership fees or eligibility requirements. Orders for JULY must be placed by TUESDAY, JULY 13. Pick up will take place on SATURDAY, JULY 31, BETWEEN 7:30 and 8:30am at NWDSS, 1940 Blue Mounds St in Black Earth. For a complete list of locations or if you need more information about resources for food and/or other necessities, contact our Case Manager, Deanna Topper, at 767-3757 X 223 CLOTHING REPAIRS? We have volunteers that can assist with mending your clothes. If you need this service, please contact NWDSS at 767-3757 and we will connect you to the mending volunteer directly. DURABLE MEDICAL EQUIPMENT & SUPPLIES Available through our LOAN CLOSET; a wide variety of equipment and supplies including wheelchairs, walkers, reachers, etc. If you are in need of supplies, or would like to donate items, please call our Case Manager, Deanna at 767-3757 x 223. FAMILY CAREGIVERS CAN GET PAID If you are caring for a family member or a loved one, you can get paid for those cares that you perform. Contact Comfort Keepers at 608-442-1898 and talk to their Care Coordinator, Diane Thompson. She will come to your home, do a free assessment and sign up the one who needs care. They will hire you to perform cares for pay and provide respite caregivers to give you much needed time for yourself. LOAN LIBRARY Books & DVD’s are available at The Connection for checkout.
